Michaela Veterinary Technician

Michaela has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She has been a part of the pet world since 2017, training hunting and competition dogs. She wanted to learn more about the medical side of animal care, and this curiosity led to her pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. Michaela married her husband in 2020 and together they have a large family of pets: 6 chocolate Labs named Runa, Gauge, Huntley, Ammo, Halo, and Rogue, a black Lab named Oakley, a Golden Retriever named Rae, and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Journey.
