Jen P. Customer Service Representative

Jen has always loved animals, but she didn’t get into veterinary medicine right away. She started her career as an executive secretary, but then decided she wanted a change and switched over to the veterinary profession. Jen completed her veterinary assistant program at Harper College in 2005 and served as a veterinary nurse for about 13 years. Following a difficult medical diagnosis, she then moved into a custom service role. Regardless of what her job entails, Jen is happy to be able to get to know clients for the entire lifetime of their pets.

At home, Jen and her husband share their space with a “pride” of 3 cats. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, and watching alien documentaries.
