Tabatha Customer Service Representative

Tabatha is a compassionate receptionist with a lifelong love for animals and a diverse background in veterinary care. She began her journey working in a kennel, where she gained hands-on experience as a veterinary technician assistant before discovering her true passion at the front desk. In her current role, she enjoys connecting with clients and their pets while still being part of the veterinary field she loves.

At home, Tabatha is a proud mother to her daughter Samantha and son Matthew, both of whom share her kind heart and deep love for animals. Her household is ruled by her two senior cats, Donnie and Pumpkin, along with Kibi, her resilient, bottle-fed cat who survived central nervous system FIP and is blind.

The most rewarding part of Tabatha’s career has been the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and their beloved pets. Outside of work, she enjoys cuddling with her cats, building LEGO sets, doing puzzles, watching movies, and spending time outdoors observing nature. Despite life’s challenges, she considers her greatest accomplishment to be raising her two children and maintaining her positive outlook. Each year, she looks forward to gathering with family and friends over Labor Day weekend for a camping and music festival tradition she deeply loves.
